served with balsamic vinaigrette

All dinners will be served with tossed salad, assorted rolls and butter, Greco’s fresh vegetable medley, and coffee or a soft drink. For your group, please circle ONE of the following entrees, starch and dessert options, and return selections with your contract. We will be happy to discuss any special dietary needs.

Chicken Picatta

Boneless chicken breast with mushrooms, roasted peppers, white wine, capers and fresh lemon

Chicken Soprano

Boneless breast with plum tomato, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives and fresh rosemary

Chicken Sicily

Boneless chicken with sweet bell peppers, mushrooms and onions in a rich marsala wine sauce

Chicken Florentina

Tender breast of chicken topped with tomato basil cream sauce, sautéed spinach and fontinella cheese

Top Round of Beef

Tender choice beef carved thin, topped with light mushroom au jus, with rosemary horseradish cream

Pan-seared Pork Loin

Slow-roasted and juicy, served with spicy apple chutney or Portobello demi-glace
